These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MailCraft platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
MailCraft is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for creating, editing, and exporting email templates. The service provides a visual drag-and-drop editor, a code editor powered by React Email, a template gallery, and HTML export functionality. MailCraft is currently in beta.

You may use MailCraft to design, build, and export email templates for legitimate purposes, including marketing emails, transactional emails, newsletters, and personal communications. You may use exported HTML in any email service provider of your choice.

The MailCraft platform, including its source code, design, branding, gallery templates, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Color Vivo Internet, SL. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Gallery templates provided by MailCraft are licensed for your use within the platform and in exported emails. They may not be redistributed as standalone templates.
You retain full ownership of the email templates, brand assets, and content you create using MailCraft. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and render your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD. Template content is stored server-side in encrypted databases.
MailCraft offers the following tiers:
Pricing for paid plans will be announced before their launch. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
MailCraft is provided "as is" during the beta period. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
You are solely responsible for the content of the email templates you create and distribute using MailCraft. You must ensure that your emails comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Vivo Internet, SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of MailCraft. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. We are not responsible for the delivery, rendering, or performance of emails sent through third-party email service providers.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 30 days in advance.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the use of MailCraft, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may contact us through our contact form.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless a different jurisdiction is mandated by applicable consumer protection law.
